---Successful Assembly of “Qihang Wind Turbine”
On 11st, Jan. 2025, CRRC's Qihang, the world’s most powerful floating offshore wind turbine, was successfully installed, injecting new momentum into the clean energy sector’s advancement.

During the assembling and lifting procedure, the single-blade lifting device manufactured by Juli Sling Co., Ltd. played a significant role, ensuring the safety and preciseness of every step of the installment.
Boasting a sweeping area equivalent to more than 7 standard football fields, a blade tip speed of up to that of a high-speed train (HST), Qihang Project requires experienced and technically mature team to design the lifting solution and provide well-matched lifting tooling.

The single-blade lifting gear played a crucial role, featuring an advanced blade pressure-balancing system to ensure stability, minimize load damage, and extend blade lifespan. The gear’s adaptability, with rotation angles up to ±35° and pitch adjustments up to ±5°, allowed seamless operations in challenging environments.

With lightweight, automated design and remote diagnostic capabilities, the lifting tool ensured safe, efficient, and precise hoisting, overcoming significant technical challenges and showcasing excellence in offshore wind innovation.
